In recent times, we have come to associate changes and improvement with the youth but the key question is what are the factors responsible for these?

Several years ago, a Pastor was posted to a church in a big town, Some weeks after he arrived, he had an occasion to ride in a bus from his home to the downtown area. When he sat down after paying for the fare, he discovered that the bus-driver had mistakenly given him a little above his change.
